Asset Manager, Client-Side

I am working with a brilliant Property Company, who are seeking an Asset Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for a strategic UK-wide commercial portfolio.

This role is ideally suited to a Property or Asset Management candidate likely at Surveyor, or Senior Surveyor level, as this business is brilliant at training and cultivating candidates in how to execute value add Asset Management strategies within a Prop Co environment.

The role will involve:

​

• Asset Management for a UK wide commercial portfolio, working within a boutique and dynamic team

• Working directly with the Head Of, receiving brilliant exposure to strategies duties

• Interacting and negotiating directly with tenants to maximise rental income

• Responsibility for refurbishments, regears, and other cap ex projects

We envision the candidate as being MRICS qualified and within Property Management, or existing Asset Management role, but we are also happy to review tenacious profiles in other disciplines.
