Asset Manager
Cheshire based
Up to £40,000 plus benefits.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a privately owned business who own a significant regional investment portfolio. A varied role, the appointed Asset Manager will be responsible for a mixed portfolio of assets located across the North West.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Execution of rent reviews and lease renewals
- Management of vacant units, including refurbishment, dilapidation's and negotiating lease terms.
- Day to day property management, including tenant liaison, repairs and maintenance.
- Support the accounts team with service charge budgets.
This position would suit a chartered surveyor who can demonstrate some asset management experience, in exchange for a an employer who operates an autonomous and professional environment, offering genuine scope for career development.
