Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations (High volume over 100 a week minimum)

• Circulate reports on unmatched items

• Contribute to year-end and half-year bank account reconciliations and liaise with external auditors

• Preparation of an excel file for journal uploads for Inter-company transaction

• Assist in the design and implementation of new reports in the in-house system

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience in high-volume Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable, emphasizing cash-item matching and bank reconciliations

• AAT qualification, studying towards ACCA desirable

• Experience using Yardi would be desirable

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
