Cobalt have partnered with a top real estate development, investment and capital management company who are looking to expand their Asset Management team in Student Accommodation.
This Asset Manager role is responsible for formulating and executing asset management strategies for student housing assets across the UK.

What will the role entail?
Propose and execute value add asset management strategies across the student accommodation portfolio nationally.
Financially appraising cap ex projects across the portfolio to judge how value has been enhanced.
Preparing presentations to the board and senior management teams.
Supporting the senior asset management team on significantly high value add initiatives.
Preparing property and finance reports for submission to board members and senior management.
Liaising with asset managers, property managers and finance to ensure invoice processing.
