Assistant Building Surveyor

A rare opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a leading property development and asset management business, headquartered in the North West. The successful applicant will be joining a dynamic in house team dealing with an interesting range of building surveying and project management schemes across the predominantly commercial portfolio. Attention to detail and core professional skills are essential to deliver an efficient service across the business. Day to day duties will include preparing schedules of condition and negotiation of dilapidations, as well as undertaking defect diagnosis and refurbishment contracts.

This is an excellent way role to kick start your career working for a market leader. Applications will be considered from 2021 and 2022 Building Surveying Graduates although candidates who are approaching their APC will also be considered.
