£28,000 - £32,000 + Bonus & Study Support
Cobalt has partnered with an investment advisory company, with a name recognised internationally in the real estate market.
The business is looking for an individual to support the asset management team with it's growing international portfolio and assist with the financial management of the company.
Key responsibilities
Financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and planning for properties
Invoice preparation and processing
Revenue and credit card reconciliation
Assist with preparing quarterly management and investor reports
Liaising with service providers to contribute to the efficient running of the asset management function
About you
Degree educated or AAT qualified
Interested in studying or continuing their ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualifications
Experience working in property is desirable
Strong Excel skills
Able to prepare accounts up to Trial Balance
Xero and Expensify experience is desirable
