Job Title - Assistant Project Planner
Location - West London
Project - Residential
Salary - £25,000 / £35,000 + Car allowance and package
The Role / Client
Cobalt are currently working with a privately owned contractor that are looking to bring an assistant planner into their very successful planning department. The right candidate could either be a site manager or project manager that is looking to move into the Project Planning world. This role will see you working alongside one of London's top senior planners and working on a one-on-one basis to help build over 1000 residential units.

Main principles and tasks
To assist the Construction Planners and site teams with the preparation and alteration of programmes
To assist the Construction Planners and site teams with the preparation and alteration of logistics plans
To record, prepare and distribute the site water and electrical consumption figures required to obtain code for sustainable homes points.
To assist in the preparation of reports and submission documents.
To maintain the programme issue records and ensure that all relevant people have a copy of the most up to date programme.
To carry out site Progress audits and ensure reporting is accurate.
To help prepare and monitor the site production schedules.
To visit site and obtain feedback from site so as to improve programme accuracy going forward.
To assist in preparing progress and unit delivery forecast reports.
To aid in the preparation of progress reports for divisional board meetings and visit site as necessary to compile the required progress information.
