I am seeking to speak with candidates for this client-side contract role where you will be providing support to the property administrator, to assist with the service charge demands, expenditure and reconciliation.

You will be joining a team of five based in Soho with hybrid working. The portfolio you would be working on is mainly commercial offices spaces located across Mayfair along with Rural and Hotel assets too.

Key Duties:

  • Producing reports from TRAMPS to include but not limited to tenancy schedules, arrears reports, lease events schedules

  • To take full ownership of the property records in TRAMPS, ensuring they are maintain and updated

  • Issuing rent demands, posting payments, and managing arrears from TRAMPS

  • Liaising with external property managers and internal finance team in relation to service charge demands, expenditure and reconciliation

  • Liaise with the insurance company

  • Apportioning the annual premiums and invoicing the tenants

  • Co-ordinating reinstatement cost revaluations and engineering insurance inspections

  • Dealing with insurance enquiries and processing claims

  • Processing invoices for payment on Netsuite

  • Dealing with enquiries from tenants and suppliers

  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Person Specification:

  • Prior experience of working within a similar function within Property/Real estate.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Solid team working skills

  • Self-motivated

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal

  • Committed and organised

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages

  • Ability to work to deadlines
