This is a great opportunity to join a leading regional property investor who have a significant portfolio of residential developments and associated spaces.

Candidates will ideally have gained their experience working for a residential estate or residential property management business with some experience of service charge budgets. You must be confident communicating with both internal and external teams and must have a strong capability for organising and managing a diverse workload. As this is a unique opportunity to manage a significant portfolio, my client is looking to further train and develop the appointed Assistant Property Manager.
