Cobalt is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a market leading Real Estate Consultancy in the appointment of an Industrial Agent to join their growing team in the West End.
Our client is ideally looking for a qualified Chartered Surveyor at either Senior Surveyor or Associate level to join their team of 9, with a particular focus on servicing landlords, property companies and institutional clients in the UK.
This role could suit someone from a Leasing, Agency or Asset Management background. The post holder will extend and develop the firm's presence in the evolving Open Storage sector.
Key responsibilities include:
To market and let new open storage across the UK.
Reporting on disposal properties including development sites.
Leading and managing disposals including lettings and sales.
Assisting and preparing board reports for sanction of property transactions.
Business development networking with industrial agents and developers.
Strategically work with other departments to develop new fee opportunities (cross selling) and to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Utilising existing data base and other channels of marketing including industry contacts.
To help increase the profile and assist with the market knowledge and intel that is being built in this area.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + car allowance, bonus and benefits. (Salary is dependent on level).
Hybrid working available.
