AST Property Manager
Based London
A client of mine who are a boutique property company based in the heart of West London are looking for an AST Property Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to take on a portfolio of high-end properties all within walking distance of each other. My client promotes their property managers to be the face of their portfolio by being actively out and about on a regular basis building strong relationships with tenants and landlords, project managing most works that are being carried out.
This client is a real advocate for a work life balance and provides lots of extra-curricular activities for their staff to be involved in, as well as offering flexible working week by week.
Role responsibilities:
Liaise regularly with tenants and Landlords.
Oversee works carried out within your portfolio.
Maintain and create strong relationships with all contacts.
Update systems and software regularly.
Carry out regular property inspections.
Attributes required:
Ideally ARLA qualified.
Previous experience with FixFlo or Reapit software.
The ability to manage and grow relationships.
AST property management experience.
The working hours for this role is Monday to Friday 8:30 - 18:00 with early finishes on Friday.
Salary provided is up to £32,000 for the right person.
