Audit / Finance Manager

This role sits within a property investment group who specialise in residential development and regeneration projects.

Based in London, they are looking for an experienced accountant to join their market leading finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit Planning

  • Support in year-end packs preparation

  • Involvement in preparation of consolidated P&L and balance sheet

  • Review and update of procedures

  • Quarterly reporting

  • Joint Venture account reporting and reconciliation

  • Cost of Sales analysis

  • Regional result reporting

  • Profit Share calculations

  • Assist in managing the quarter/month end process

  • Assist in tax computations

  • Ad hoc system updating, reporting and analysis

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

  • Experience within property development / construction is essential

  • Experience within management

  • Ability to critically review and challenge information with strong attention to detail

  • Sage Line 50 experience preferred
