Cobalt are working with a fantastic NHS Trust in West London to recruit an interim BIM Information Manager, paying £275-£325 per day LTD rate (inside IR35, via umbrella company) depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be pivotal in providing CAD and information systems management. The role will include design and manipulation of existing CAD drawings, providing key information about the hospital estate to stakeholders, and be responsible for the management of the key Estates systems including CAFM. You will also have the ability to demonstrate a high level of knowledge with specifications for information management for the capital/delivery phase of construction projects using building information modelling.
You will have/be:
Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent in a relevant qualification relating to the built environment (Building Information Modelling is desired).
Accredited certification in Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience of CAD and systems management within a healthcare setting.
A proven track record at Senior CAD Technician level and be well versed in using AutoCAD and Revit.
Skilled knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and CAFM systems.
IT skills maintaining and updating various software and hardware.
