Residential Surveyor - Birmingham/Stoke or surrounding areas
Cobalt is working exclusively with a well-respected nationwide surveying firm who are seeking a residential surveyor in Birmingham/Stoke or nearby areas.
They are well established in the mortgage valuation area but have a specific focus on higher fee work including BTLs, complex HMOs, homebuyers and building surveys.
There also may be further potential in the future for you to manage your own office and continue to grow a business who are already very much established in their domain. This can be discussed further at interview stage.
Benefits
Salary - Negotiable £40,000 - £60,000 DOE and Qualification
Commission - Negotiable upon final interview
