Block Manager

I am working with an industry-leading Property Management company who are looking to take on a Block Manager to independently manage a portfolio of properties and provide a high level of customer service to residents.

This role will require you to answer any telephone or email queries, raise complaints, complete site reports and report any health and safety issues as well as liaising regularly with on-site staff and attending AGMs when required. The right candidate will be able to provide a high level of customer service and will have previous experience in managing their own portfolio.

Key skills

  • Previously set and managed budgets

  • IRPM qualified

  • Able to provide a high level of customer service.

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Confident in carrying out section 20s from start through to completion.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00- 17:30

The salary provided for this role is up to £30,000
