You will take on the management of a 235,000 sq. ft trophy asset in the heart of London, multi-tenanted commercial offices and some retail, where from day one you will be building long-term relationships with the tenants, be client-facing, and have a great opportunity to grow into the position while working for a well-known leader in the market. Assistant Building Manager

Cobalt is working with a leading property investment company on an Assistant Building Manager position in the City of London.

​

You will take on the management of two trophy commercial building, multi-tenanted commercial offices, where from day one you will be building long-term relationships with the tenants, be client-facing, and have a great opportunity to grow into the position while working for a well-known leader in the market. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to gain some invaluable experience and kick start their building management career.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking regular inspections of the property;

  • Assisting the Property Manager in the PPM for building plant and fabric, including project work from time to time;

  • Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, as well as promoting sustainability wherever possible;

  • Assisting the Property Manager in setting and managing service charge budgets;

  • Managing the work of on-site contractors for both hard and soft services;

  • Building lasting professional relationships with occupiers to drive forward a first-class FM service.
