Building Manager

Cobalt have been exclusively instructed on a Building Manager position by one of the UK's most reputable and highly regarded building consultancy and property management companies, for a brand-new building in Cambridgeshire.

In this exciting opportunity where you will be able to leave your mark on from day one, you will manage two buildings, one of which is going to be multi-tenanted, the other being an FRI Lease building.

From day one you will welcome the new tenants and start building a great community culture around this fresh and vibrant estate where you will be able to bring your energy and initiatives to life.

Key responsibilities for this role include;

• Managing and being DLR for soft service contracts and personnel.

• Ensuring full health and safety compliance throughout the building.

• Drafting and issuing service charge budgets.

• Being heavily involved in the technical aspects of the building alongside contractor management.

• Building community engagement and organising events/fundraisers for the estate.

Requirements for this role include;

• Being IOSH or NEBOSH accredited.

• Previous management of soft services staff.

• Service charge budgeting experience.

• Previous contractor management for both soft and hard services.
