Building Manager

Cobalt have just been instructed on a unique In-House Building Manager position for a multi-national conglomerate company in London.

You will be managing a solely tenanted building which is my client's headquarters and will be delivering 5* customer service.

You will have complete autonomy in a family feel working environment where you will have a genuine work/life balance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee reactive and PPM maintenance in the building, on both minor and larger scale works
• Ensuring full health and safety compliance throughout the building.
• Drafting and issuing operations budgets
• Management of a small team
• Delivery exceptional customer service to the client

Requirements for this role include:

• Be IOSH or NEBOSH accredited
• Previous service charge or operation budget experience
• Have great attention to detail
• Have experience providing exceptional customer service
• Be articulate and service driven
