Are you an immediately available experienced Building/Facilities Manager?

If so, Cobalt have been instructed on a temporary 4-6-week Building/Facilities Manager position in the Birmingham City Centre area where you will manage circa 30,000 Sq Ft of historic commercial workspace.

You will be tenant facing and will be involved in the coordination of the maintenance of the building with both the internal and external contractors, booking in and carrying out letting space viewings, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the building.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Being customer facing to all tenants and visitors.

  • Ensuring a smooth running of the building throughout the day.

  • Coordinating maintenance tasks with both internal and external contractors.

  • Respond to letting enquiries and carry out viewings if necessary.

Requirements for this role:

  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.

  • Experience in managing either multi-tenanted commercial office space, shopping centres, or solely tenanted buildings.
