Salary up to £70,000 per annum.

Cobalt has the pleasure of working with one of the UK's top Property Investment and Development Companies that owns, manages, and develops £2.8bn worth of assets across the commercial sectors. With an impressive portfolio across London that stretches 1.7m sqft, our client is looking to hire a senior level, Building Surveyor to be part of the team in the management of occupied and vacant properties as well as dilapidations and the refurbishment programme across the estate.

You will be responsible for PPM strategy and management, CAT A & CAT B works valued from £100,000 to £1.5million as well as overseeing dilapidations reports, licence to alter, contractor and supplier management, party wall awards, feasibility studies and schedules of condition.

You will be part of a close-knit team working to deliver the property strategy of an impressive UK developer. You will need to be driven and have the ability to multi-task to help the business achieve their goals.
