As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall business performance.
Role Responsibilities
Provide technical support for applications and systems, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation, working collaboratively with teams to implement solutions that drive efficiency and improve overall business performance.
Get involved in the customisation and configuration of systems across the business.
Assist with the triage of internal support helpdesk tickets.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Role Requirements
Must have strong experience working with MRI QUBE or other MRI products.
Have experience in application support, data management, and system administration.
Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
