Centre Supervisor

Cobalt are working with a well known name of the Real Estate industry, as they look to hire a newly created role for a bustling retail development. This position will support the on-site team in delivering a top-tier total FM service, giving you exposure to every aspect of the day to day management of commercial developments within a leading property company. Based on-site, the property hosts plenty of events year round and is at the heart of the local community, making it a social bustling environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with external contractors and suppliers to ensure works are undetaken on site;

• Managing the service charge spend and raising purchase orders;

• Building and maintaining strong working relationship with retailers representatives and occupiers on-site;

• Complying fully with H&S compliance legislation, ensuring RAMS are logged correctly etc

• Assisting with site inspections on occasion.

As the successful applicant, you'll have a keen desire to grow your career in Facilities Management and bring a foundation of property experience in either an administrative or coordination function previously. An IOSH would be favourable but not essential as our client is open to supporting someone financially through this qualification post-probation.
