A fantastic opportunity to join a leading international developer with an excellent reputation of offering high quality residential and mixed-use developments. They are looking for a confident and proactive Mandarin Speaking New Home Sales Negotiator/Manager to join them on an exciting new project in Canary Wharf, London.


  • Providing a first-class experience to all clients

  • Meeting and greeting potential purchasers

  • Proactive and reactive response to new enquiries, and following up all sales enquiries

  • Organising purchaser files and collating all relevant money laundering documents as appropriate

  • External research and knowledge of competitors

  • Liaising with both the developer and purchaser solicitors

  • Contract chasing through to exchange of contracts and completion within prescribed timescales

  • Working towards individual as well as team sales targets

  • Providing regular sales reporting to all stakeholders

  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues


  • Experience in new homes sales and dealing with Chinese buyers

  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential and Cantonese ideal

  • Knowledge of the London residential development market

  • Proven track record of successful sales and of delivering high-quality customer service

  • The ability to develop strong client relationships

  • Understanding of the legal conveyancing process

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

  • Proven administration and organisational skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook

  • Excellent telephone and e-mail manner accompanied by strong interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients

  • Ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail

  • A team player with a confident and proactive approach to work

  • Showing initiative and acting and responding appropriately


  • Basic £27,000 - £40,000 DOE

  • OTE cc £65,000 TBC

Working hours:

  • 5 days per week on a rota basis
