This role is focused on a large portfolio of commercial properties. The successful candidate must be comfortable taking charge of a portfolio, leading on client interaction and driven to ensure all deadlines are met successfully.
Working independently focusing on a large, international portfolio of commercial properties
Undergoing the full service charge process, from loading the budgets to undergoing the year-end accounting including prepayments and accruals
Ensuring all reconciliations across rent and service charge are adjusted correctly and the ledger is balanced
Liaising directly with the client to ensure all queries are resolved quickly and efficiently and bespoke reporting is provided when requested
Monthly and quarterly reporting, as well as reporting up to trial balance and extended trial balance
Raising demands across rents, rates and service charges, and ensuring these are correctly apportioned to the properties within your portfolio
Ensuring strong rapport is established internally and externally, across property managers, surveyors and departments such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and the Cashiering team
ESSENTIAL: Existing knowledge of a property management system such as Qube, Horizon, MRI, Yardi, Voyager, Tramps, Bluebox, etc.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads appropriately
Strong communication skills to deal with queries from tenants and clients alike
