I am working with a leading Real Estate company who have continued to thrive and grow over the past 12 months. They are looking to expand their team and welcome a skilled Client Accountant to their finance department. This role will focus on managing an impressive and complex portfolio of properties across the UK, with a number of high profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising directly with client and preparing reporting packs on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Overseeing the completion of payments to clients

• Preparing funds requests to clients

• Managing subtenant income rent raising, and resolving queries

• Ensuring all landlord queries are deal with in a quick and effective manner

• Ensuring all invoices are allocated correctly, undergoing bank reconciliations and payment runs

Personal Specification

• Current knowledge of a property management system such as Qube, Tramps or Yardi advantageous

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proactive with problem solving, with a keen eye for detail
