Client Accountant

QUBE Client Accountant, Full Time, Permanent, Warrington, £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum

My client is a rapidly growing investment agent looking for a Client Accountant to join their growing finance team in central Warrington.

Main duties will include:

• Producing yearly service charge reports

• Bank reconciliation

• Purchase ledger duties as required

• Keeping the in-house system up to date

• Driving improvement in processes and controls where possible

• All other ad hoc tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent working knowledge with the QUBE property management system is essential

• Previous experience in a Accountant role within a real estate background

• Impeccable interpersonal/communication skills
