Client-side Property Manager

A client-side, strategic Property Manager is required to join a well-established Investment firm with offices in London and other European capitals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio located in Central London and throughout the UK focusing on Office assets. The role involves regular communication with the investment and asset management teams, as well as institutional and family office clients.
The key duties will include:
Day to day property management of a portfolio of office assets including property inspections and preparing client reports
The co-ordination of all aspects of service charge administration, including budgets, year-end reconciliations and expenditure
Ensuring tenants' compliance with lease obligations and managing the arrears process
Assisting with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet and alter
Ensuring compliance with legislation including Health and Safety and other regulations
Being a key point of contact for various stakeholders including contractors, leasing agents, solicitors and other consultants
This role represents an excellent opportunity for a candidate to move client side, into a forward-facing and dynamic position.
The successful candidate will:
Be an experienced commercial property management surveyor or Senior Surveyor who has previously worked in a similar role,
Ideally be MRICS qualified.
Preferably have experience using the TRAMPS property management system
Have a "can-do" attitude, be a great team player and have good commercial acumen and communication skills
