We are pleased to be working with a market-leading, Tier 1 developer and manager of large-scale, multi-occupancy accommodation, focusing on purpose built.

Our client is a leader in developing, building, and managing residential for rent homes and is looking to expand their commercial division with an experienced Commercial Manager. This is an excellent time to join them, having recently reported a record breaking £2 billion project pipeline.

Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, the ideal candidate will have previous experience managing Build to Rent schemes. Experience on student accommodation and high-rise projects would be advantageous.

You will be working across multiple projects ensuring commercial activities are delivered on time and within financial limitations.

The Commercial Manager will have a hands-on approach to all commercial activities and will be responsible for providing line management, guidance, and support to the team and junior colleagues within the business unit.

You will be a confident leader and negotiator with an excellent understanding of construction principles and the relationship between build teams and commercial functions.

A HND / degree in a relevant subject or significant as well as chartership status would be desired but this is not essential, alongside significant, and substantial experience in a similar role / industry.

Package:

£75,000-85,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus + extensive benefits to include:
