Commercial Finance Analyst - 12 month FTC

£50,000-£60,000 per annum

Cobalt is currently supporting a prestigious Real Estate business in London in their search for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team on a fixed term contract.

The successful individual will be responsible for business partnering across external stakeholders, understanding the business performance and costs, whilst supporting on the budgeting and forecasting process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting on the budgeting and forecasting processes

• Customising client reports based on data gathered, providing insights

• Providing analysis for cash flow forecasting

• Developing financial models, analysing performance and conducting sensitivity analysis

• Ad hoc support to the wider finance team

Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified

• Good communicator, both written and verbal

• Strong Excel skills

• Real Estate, ideally operational industry experience

• Immediately available
