Commercial Management Surveyor - Client-side

Are you a Commercial Property Manager seeking an in-house role with a rapidly expanding business?

I am working with a flexi-office provider who are seeking Property Manager to manage their assets across London, consisting of office, retail, and public realm space.

You will be reporting directly to the head of the portfolio with full autonomy over the management.

Why is this role for you?

·You'll be the sole in-house manager for the properties and facilities across London

·The business is growing and will soon be expanding into Europe and the U.S

·The role will be multi-site as you will be working across London so it will be very hands-on and a great opportunity to handle a sizeable portfolio

·You will be assisting with lettings and other elements of the numerous new developments that will be opening next year

Key responsibilities:

·Experience creating and reconciling service charge budgets on commercial properties

·Rent collection from tenants, as well as dealing with any legalities which arise in this area

·Day to day contract management, health and safety, and taking part in regular team meetings

·Raising awareness and implementing sustainability and ESG measures

·Dealing with tenants requests for alterations, or consents, subletting, and other documentation and necessary processing

What you will need:

·Experience managing commercial properties

·Working knowledge of Landlord & Tenant law

·Very good budget and service charge administration abilities

·A drive and ambition to grow alongside the business

Salary: £50,000 + bonus
