Construction Superintendent

Our client is an established GC who specialize in corporate interiors, including both occupied and vacant spaces, infrastructure upgrades, lobby renovations and high-end office projects. Longstanding clients include building owners, developers, financial institutions, law firms and other corporate clients across Manhattan which result in an average $100m annual revenue.

You will lead on subcontractor work, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget and quality that is executed according to building codes and OSHA regulations. The role requires problem-solving, excellent communication and leadership and the proven experience of working with project managers, management, project support staff and in order to deliver the company's commitment to clients in terms of progress, completion and quality. We are seeking a Superintendent that can oversee larger projects up to 80,000sf of commercial office space, often across multiple floors.

• Minimum 5 years' experience working as NYC Superintendent

• Experience working on corporate interior projects $1m-$10m

• 62 hour/ SST Card preferred
