We're on the lookout for a skilled Credit Controller to integrate into a thriving team in their London Office, which is in the heart of the West End. Duties:
Manage the entire debt collection process from start to finish, engaging in phone calls, emails, issuing standard reminders, and generating statements of account for our tenants.
Ensure the implementation of action plans for all outstanding balances, facilitating the recovery of debts effectively.
Conduct regular meetings with the Asset Management and Finance teams to assess outstanding payments and collaboratively devise strategies for debt recovery.
Coordinate and manage payment plans in conjunction with our tenants and asset managers.
Develop relationships with crucial stakeholders across the business and clientele.
Address and manage inquiries from tenants efficiently.
Generate and distribute routine reports on debtor status.
Spearhead and champion ongoing improvements in the credit control procedures.
Oversee legal proceedings as necessary.
Person Specification:
Ideal candidate possesses Real Estate experience.
Previous exposure to Property Management Systems (e.g., Qube, TRAMPS, Yardi, Horizon, etc.)
Proficient communicator, comfortable engaging with personnel at all organisational levels.
Good understanding of litigation processes.
Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
Keen eye for detail.
