Responsibilities:

  • Oversee arrears and credit control procedures
  • Liaise with customers to facilitate repayments
  • Maintain accurate customer records and process payments
  • Monitor credit exposure and mitigate bad debt risks
  • Reconcile bank accounts and address service charge queries
  • Transfer funds as necessary and assist with general administration and bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
  • Ideally, experience in credit control
  • Strong communication abilities across all levels
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines
