An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Adviser to join a very well known Property Development company based in Salford Quays. This position will start out as a 12 Fixed-term contract which will have the potential to go perm is all goes well.
This role requires a candidate that is bubbly and friendly with great Customer Service skills.
Duties will include:
Be the first line of contact for customers, providing knowledgeable and accurate information about homes to rent (including the benefits of renting a home with) such as images, floorplans and pricing.
Receive and respond to enquiries from the website, CRM system (Pex), phone, social media and email
Ensure all enquiries are logged quickly and accurately on the CRM system
Build rapport with customers, positioning them well to meet the onsite resident services team for viewings
Use the applicant database to make phone enquiries and convert them into leads where possible
Book customers onto viewings
Liaise with the onsite resident services teams to ensure seamless and amazing customer experience is delivered
Keep up to date with the proposition, key messages, developments, key delivery dates and 'from pricing' inside out and able to answer questions confidently
Maintain accurate customer records and update notes in real time on the CRM system. Undertake regular audits of the system to ensure records are up to date, statuses are correct and duplicate records are cleared.
