Data Analyst

A leading UK REIT is seeking a highly numerate Data Analyst to join their dynamic Investor Relations team in London on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• You will play a key role in supporting IR team by managing and analysing data, tracking performance, quarterly reporting, and presentations, and managing investor requests for Proposals

• Excellent excel skills, and ability to analyse and interpret large data sets, create pivot tables, and Vlookups

• Creating and managing the European website and LinkedIn content, and working closely with the marketing team to update advertisements, and corporate overview

• Good organisational skills and the ability to maintain good management of multiple tasks

• Ambition to work within a Real Estate business

• European language skills ideal but not essential

• Degree in finance, economics, or similar.
