The Role

Cobalt is delighted to be supporting a global leader in commercial real estate services. Our business is a household name within the industry and operates globally. An opportunity has arisen for a Data Manager within the Leeds office to partner closely with Stakeholders internally helping contribute to key business decisions to increase their ever-expanding portfolio of Real Estate.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders within the data excellence team to data strategy globally

• Create, state, and process large data sets for automated uploads to support data quality initiative and analytical requirements for key data KPI's

• Taking responsibility for the research of properties availability, lease & sale surveys using a variance of tools to gather this data

• Manage the on-boarding of new markets and the training of local employees within the business

• Participate, as applicable, in the development of strategies, standards, and best practices in the areas of data analysis and data aggregation within the company's big data analytical platforms

• Ensure compliance with all Regional and National research and company initiatives

Job Requirements

• Ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience within the commercial real estate industry or research-related field

• Must have experience as a Business Analyst

• Have experience in managing key business data

• Must have attention to detail with the ability to aggregate, harmonise and rationalise data from an array of reputable sources

• Strong project management skills
