A leading property investor and developer is currently seeking a Development Analyst to join their analysis team based in Central London.
You will be responsible for supporting a range of stakeholders across the business through performance analysis of existing and future investments and developments. This will include offices, retail and mixed use development schemes.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Running appraisals of current and future developments across their portfolio.
Running development appraisals of potential investment opportunities across office, retail and mixed use developments.
Lead the review of half-yearly valuations from external valuers.
Lead in the preparation of the annual IRR forecasting and cash flow analysis for developments.
Provide analysis and property information to support internal/external reporting.
Key Development Analyst requirements:
Degree qualified.
Proven experience working in office or mixed use development.
Previous experience working in a valuation role.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Argus Investor and Developer.
Excellent communication and report writing skills.
Salary from £55,000 - £65,000 per annum plus benefits package and bonus.
Office based in Central London.
