A prestigious investor and developer is currently seeking a Development Analyst to join their team based in London.

You will be working within the development team on BTR, residential and mixed use schemes.

You will be responsible for producing development appraisals on current schemes and investment appraisals on new investment opportunities.

Additional day to day responsibilities include:

  • Preparing IRR forecasting and cash flow analysis.

  • Providing analysis to support internal and external reporting.

  • Providing analysis on the current market conditions.

  • Assisting with deal execution and due diligence.

  • Updating and maintaining forecasting.

  • Producing investment committee reports for the board.

Key Development Analyst requirements:

  • Degree qualified.

  • MRICS or the equivalent financial qualifications.

  • Previous experience working in a development or analyst role.

  • Previous experience working on BTR/PRS or residential-led schemes.

  • Ability to build models using Excel and/or Argus Investor & Developer.

The team are currently working from home but there may be occasional site visits when safe to do so.

Salary is £60,000 - £75,000 plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
