Cobalt Recruitment are delighted to be partnering exclusively with one of the UK's leading residential investment, development and management companies in the search for Project Managers to deliver large, residential led regeneration and strategic land.

Remuneration:

£60,000 - £70,000

As the client Project Manager, you will have a multifaceted role delivering a large strategic land development, overseeing the contractor's obligations on residential builds, monitoring the professional teams, oversight and management of development stakeholders including public bodies, general public and purchasing housebuilders. This Project Manager will work closely with the internal property, asset and development teams within these large 3000 unit + residential developments.

The role requires an ambitious Project Manager who would be comfortable being on site managing the housebuilders and contractors as well as overseeing the professional teams and interfacing with third parties such as public bodies and residents. The role will report into the Development Manager and offers excellent career progression to step up and take on more responsibility as your career develops. The company have an exceptional training and APC support and offer flexible working where necessary.

Requirements:

Construction/Building related qualification

Experience working on large residential development projects ideally with contract packages valued at £5+ million

Experience managing throughout the project lifecycle

Ideally experienced working for a Housebuilder in a technical discipline
