Director - Investor Reporting & Operations (Real Estate Debt)

This is an opportunity to join an established real estate advisory firm with a global footprint, they work alongside some of the most established private equity businesses advising and servicing specifically their real estate transactions in the debt and distressed debt space. This role involves managing the Investor Relations team which is responsible for producing the various reports presented to both internal and external stakeholders.

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to;

·Liaise with the necessary internal teams in managing the creation of the Loan Level Reports to advise the internal teams of all amounts due and payable on Interest Payment Dates (IPD) ahead of Note Payment Dates (NPD)

·Liaise with accounts to prepare and submit all servicing fees.

·Liaise with the Primary/Servicer team to collate, analyse and reconcile all data to include in the Servicer Quarterly Reporting. Assemble/review final reporting, coordinate final comments from the various teams as appropriate and publish.

·Liaise with the Primary/Facility Agent team in managing any ad-hoc news items to be disclosed to the market by way of a RIS Notice concerning asset sales, waivers and consents.

·Manage all ad-hoc data/information requests from auditors, rating agencies, other securitisation parties and investors but paying close attention to disclosure of Material Non-Public Information (MNPI).

·Assist with 'additional duties' required under the servicing agreement, monitoring of finance parties ratings, maintaining insider lists.

·Provide support and back up in preparing private side quarterly EIRP reporting (ESMA standard) with regard to the Loan on Loan programme (as documented).

The successful candidate will be a self-starter that is able to organise the team's day and perform a number of tasks in a timely basis, work well in a team environment with good communication (both written and oral) and have a good understanding of the capital markets, securitisations and CMBS transactions.

The candidate should have a good grasp of basic data management strategies and be proficient with desktop applications including Excel, Powerpoint and Word with an aptitude to learn and become proficient using internal technology, reporting and record keeping systems.
