Director - Residential Leasing (BTR)
Total Package: £85,000 - £100,000 (Salary + Car allowance + Discretionary bonus)

Role Introduction:
Cobalt have partnered with a leading BTR provider, to assist with their search for a Director within their for the Residential Management department.
This pivotal role will have the oversight of a national portfolio, including Build-to-Rent and PRS sites, and requires developing and executing lease-up plans, ensuring leasing compliance, and supporting on-site leasing teams.
Building strong relationships with institutional clients is integral to success in this senior position, which demands a proven track record in Build-to-Rent.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business plans and leasing strategies across various sectors within the Residential Management department, such as Build-to-Rent and PRS.
Ensure leasing compliance by keeping teams informed of legislative changes and conducting internal auditing checks.
Lead marketing and lettings strategies for new assets/instructions.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and services through innovation, technology, training, and development.
Create and manage leasing-related reports.
Cultivate excellent relationships with all clients.
Support new business pitches.
Represent the business at prominent industry lettings events.
Participate in or lead the recruitment of leasing staff.
