My client is a market leading BTR Investment Manager with billions of AUM across the UK and Europe. They are looking to grow their Portfolio Management team in the search for a Portfolio Analyst. Role is based in Dublin.
The Portfolio Analyst for the residential property fund will assist in monitoring the performance of properties within the portfolio against their business plan and annual budgets.
The candidate for this position should be comfortable with advanced Excel and be able to develop and implement models to facilitate the collation and delivery of various reports.
Taking proactive ownership of asset level analysis, cash flow modelling and financial appraisals. This will include working actively with the Asset Managers to model value add strategies such as refurbishments and asset repositioning.
Monitoring the receipt and quality of reporting from internal and external property and asset managers.
Analysing data such as key portfolio metrics. Examples include leasing activity, voids and occupancy rates.
Key experience includes:
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Strong quantitative and numerical skills with an analytical background.
At least 2 years' experience working in a similar property related role or Investment Banking.
Salary between €55,000 - €60,000 + bonus
