Estates Coordinator



My client are a leading property consultancy who are looking for a estate coordinator to join their Edinburgh team. This is a great opportunity to work for a supportive and successful business who provide an exceptional client service. Your responsibility will be to provide administrative and clerical support to the management team and cover all aspects of property administration.

This position will require you to assist the property management team by providing administrative assistance, answering queries for clients, tenants and contractors, processing invoices, creating reports and organise the on-site team. The right individual will be experienced in using IT systems, have a strong attention to detail and great organisational skills.

Key responsibilities;

  • Analysing and manipulating data from Yardi Voyager

  • Managing and reviewing online systems, such as Health & Safety and utilities, and arranging access where required

  • Setting up meetings and being responsible for communications

Key skills;

  • Great time management and able to prioritise workload

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Working well individually and as part of a team
