Cobalt are working with a NHS Trust in the East of England to recruit a permanent Estates & Facilities Coordinator to work for the Trust's Estates department in Essex, offering a salary of £21k-£22k.
The successful candidate will oversee the running of the Estates office, including provision of an efficient and comprehensive administrative/secretarial service to the Head of Estates maintaining confidentiality at all time.
You will be able to:
Communicate effectively with all department users and to coordinate planned and reactive Estate maintenance works.
Support the work of the Locality Estates Managers and provide cover for Estates & Facilities coordinators in other areas.
Provide administrative support to the Estates Information Manager in the maintenance of access control, estates management and helpdesk applications.
Administer waste management documentation (Environment Agency site registration, consignment notes, waste transfer notes, DGSA audits, etc) to assist the Head of Estates to provide a compliant waste management service.
The successful candidate will be working closely with Estates & Facilities Managers, the Head of Estates, Area General Managers & Department Heads, Management Accountants and Contractors.
You will have/be:
OCR Certificate in Office Practice skills or equivalent qualification.
3 GCSE's or equivalent must have English and Maths.
Full UK Driving Licence (Up to 3 points will be considered dependent upon penalty code).
Experience within an office administrative role.
The ability to deal with telephone enquiries.
Previous experience and knowledge of budget processes.
Previous NHS or Estates experience (desired).
An effective communicator at all levels.
