4 Month FTC

My client are a global Real estate company who are looking for an estate coordinator on a fixed term contract. This position will allow you the opportunity to provide administration support to the facilities management team to ensure the smooth running of the estates troubleshooting and problems and appropriate action.

Key responsibilities;

  • To monitor all activities relating to the site, reporting and taking action

  • To comply with Health and Safety on site, maintaining records and involvement with contractor management as appropriate.

  • Assist FM Team with service charge purchase orders

  • Manage the utilities process across the estate

  • Answer telephone and email queries

  • Attend and take minutes in meeting

Key skills;

  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

  • Understanding of utilities and service charge

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Confident in managing your own diary and schedule

  • Able to use IT software such as Word, Excel, and databases

  • Confident in liaising with stakeholders and clients.
