Facilities Coordinator

Cobalt are working alongside a well-established client-side property brand who are seeking to grow its team with the addition of a Facilities Coordinator.

This role will see you working closely as part of a proactive team to deliver a first-class total FM service within a portfolio of retail properties across the North of England.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor contractor work permits, site risk assessments, and landlord compliance through web-based platforms.

  • Raise and issue purchase orders, ensuring alignment with budgets and obtaining competitive quotes.

  • Manage accurate reporting of environmental and social sustainability compliance data.

  • Coordinate weekly tasks, providing administrative support and updating emergency occupier contact lists.

  • Maintain property management, incident management, and disaster recovery documentation in accordance with company policy.

  • Enhance customer engagement across the asset, fostering effective communication with stakeholders.

Our client is looking for someone with an established base of experience within a total FM role, but who is looking to step up and challenge themselves to take their facilities and estate management career to the next level.

A valid UK driver's license, and real estate experience are essential as well as an IOSH qualification. Equally important will be your customer engagement abilities and a desire to further your career within one of the UK's most established property brands.
