Facilities Coordinator - FTC

Cobalt is working alongside a well-established brand in the serviced office sector who are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their FM team in London to assist with their growing portfolio on a fixed-term contract.

Whilst working flexible hours, you'll form a crucial part of an established team, helping to coordinate their work and building your FM experience within a welcoming business, that is set to witness tremendous growth in the coming years.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Using the CAFM system to log and monitor all assigned works;

  • Liaising with the FM team and engineers to ensure all works have been completed;

  • Raising purchase orders for works undertaken;

  • Liaising with engineers and the FM team, assigning works, and ensuring works have been completed;

  • Coordinating the diary for team meetings and M&E projects

  • Ensuring top-tier service is provided to occupiers within the sites.

  • Creating quotes for works via the CAFM system.

Our client is looking for someone with established experience in facilities & property coordination/administration, with the ability to oversee multiple maintenance orders/works, as well as a track record in raising PO's and quotes. An IOSH is highly desirable for this role.
