Facilities Manager

Cobalt is working with a leading name in the real estate industry seeking to hire a Building Manager for one of their most prestigious accounts. You will be responsible for managing the office floor space within a large trophy asset property in the City of London area.

Initially this is a 9-month FTC with the view to go permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot on the ladder with an illustrious client-side brand and manage a grade A trophy asset which will open up many doors for you thereafter.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Liaison with the FM team, wider staff departments and visitors, as required in all matters relating to efficient running of the building.

  • Management of total FM service provision, predominantly soft services biased.

  • Ensuring the buildings are compliant with the UK Health & Safety legislation, whilst ensuring the buildings comply with ISO 14001 quality assurance.

  • Work alongside the information systems necessary for effective recording of contract work.

Requirements for this role;

  • Be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.

  • A good understanding of the current H&S regulations and ISO 14001

  • Experience in managing commercial/ corporate space.
