Cobalt is working with a leading name in the real estate industry seeking to hire a Building Manager for one of their most prestigious accounts. You will be responsible for managing the office floor space within a large trophy asset property in the City of London area.
Initially this is a 9-month FTC with the view to go permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot on the ladder with an illustrious client-side brand and manage a grade A trophy asset which will open up many doors for you thereafter.
Key responsibilities will include;
Liaison with the FM team, wider staff departments and visitors, as required in all matters relating to efficient running of the building.
Management of total FM service provision, predominantly soft services biased.
Ensuring the buildings are compliant with the UK Health & Safety legislation, whilst ensuring the buildings comply with ISO 14001 quality assurance.
Work alongside the information systems necessary for effective recording of contract work.
Requirements for this role;
Be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
A good understanding of the current H&S regulations and ISO 14001
Experience in managing commercial/ corporate space.
