Facilities Manager

Cobalt is seeking a Facilities Manager on behalf of our client, who are a bespoke and boutique property investment business. Our client boasts an inclusive working environment where you will be able to develop and showcase your skillset. You will be managing 5 buildings, all within Central London.

This unique client-side opportunity provides you with the chance to progress further within your career in the property industry, whilst learning new skills that will enable you to deliver a first-class Total FM service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting, managing, and reconciling the RICS Compliant service charge budget.

  • Being the first point of contact for all stakeholders on-site, including occupiers and contractors.

  • Hold regular tenant meetings to ensure to address their requests and/or concerns.

  • Ensuring full H&S compliance on the sites at all times.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the buildings to ensure they are well-maintained, whilst instructing repairs where necessary.

  • Management of contractors to ensure work is being carried out in line with standards and regulations.

  • Checking, coding, and approving invoices.

Our client is actively seeking a proactive individual who is looking to develop and further enhance their skills within the Facilities Management industry. You will have previous experience in managing a building or a portfolio of buildings. An IOSH is essential.
