Cobalt is working exclusively with a client-side property management company with over 300 residential, commercial, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets across the UK.
They are seeking a Facilities Manager to join their London team to assist with bringing x6 of their multi-tenanted commercial offices back in-house bringing them to a close to go under total refurbishment.
You will also be a key player in the London team overseeing all outsourced property management services currently sat with global real estate companies to ensure smooth running of these assets and to ensure they are compliant with H&S and legislation.
If you have experience in demobilisation of assets and bringing them to a total close then this opportunity could be for you!
Key responsibilities;
To work with colleagues and external consultants to ensure that the Group's interests are preserved at all times.
To measure and report supplier performance against agreed SLAs.
To deliver the highest standards of customer service and client engagement, reporting and presenting data and relevant information where appropriate.
To manage/prioritise risks and liabilities at all times.
Skills & Experience
IOSH or NEBOSH desirable.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Experience in facilities management within the commercial property sector.
